General Terms of Enrollment
By enrolling in Yousuf International Quran Academy, you agree to abide by our spiritual and academic standards. Our academy is dedicated to providing an authentic Islamic learning experience for women and children globally.
Students are expected to attend classes on time. Any missed classes without 24-hour prior notice may not be eligible for a makeup session, ensuring fairness to our dedicated instructors' schedules.
Data Privacy & Zoom Usage
We collect only essential information required for online learning, primarily Zoom IDs. We do not share student data with third parties. All class links are unique and password-protected to ensure a secure learning environment.
Monitoring & Transparency
All chat logs and communication within the academy are saved and archived. Parents have full authority to monitor these logs at any time. This ensures complete transparency and allows parents to stay involved in their child's progress.
Child Safety & Professionalism
Our female teachers maintain a strictly professional relationship with young students. Personal conversations outside of the curriculum are strictly prohibited. This boundary ensures a focused and safe educational atmosphere for every child.
Camera & Modesty Policy
We respect the privacy of our students. The use of face cameras is not permitted unless absolutely necessary for specific pronunciation checks (Makharij). In such rare cases, full adherence to Pardah (modesty) is mandatory for both teacher and student.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Yousuf International Quran Academy has a 0% tolerance policy for child harassment or any form of misconduct. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the instructor and legal action if necessary. Safety is our #1 priority.
